I think im changing blog.
I already created livejournal.
I think its time for soemthing new.
I read my old post, i shivaah.
So childish and immature and lame.

I guess i hsould be happy.
I got over the once sex godly Robbie.
Replaced him with Adam.

Took away all the text lingo "lol" "dun" "wan" "y" "u"
Added proper punctuations, capitalised everything that requires to be.
And have full sentences with less spelling and grammatical errors.
I'm too old for all this.

Maybe it's Adam that has got me matured.
Well, i don't think so actually.

Then Collen got the section leader and Welfare officer.
I mean, yes, i'm happy that 16 years along my boring life.
I FINALLY get a leadership position, not even leadership actually,

Realised i haven't blogged much.
And nows a GOOD opportunity since ADAM's LATEST TOTALLY KICKASS MUSIC VID IS OUT!

Anyways, it's really good.
Cause the camera represents:
1. Lover
2.Fans
3.Media

So when the door slams on Adam, i just got this.
Its his lover leaving.
When the camera is packing bags, its the lover.

When he's angry and all,
could be to the media or his lover.

And it's like

There's the depressed adam, when he slips into the limo, he suddenly becomes depressed.
But he had to act all smiley and happy for the paps.

The part where he's in an empty apartment, just lost.

The part where he's so frustrated and angry and like.. VIOLENT?

I thought it was really great.
He'll def get some movie deals after this mv.

but as i said, he may not be acting.

Janice Janice Janice. I remember how we knew we both existed but we've never really talked. That all changed when we sat down next to each other at the parade square on the 1st day of Secondary 3. You remember? I'm pretty embarrassed to say that the FIRST thing we talked about was Amelia, yes Amelia. So thanks Amelia, you sorta enabled this friendship to start.

I remembered we sat next to each other, not knowing much of each other. And how i annoyed you with my sarcasm, lame jokes, lame replies, stupid jokes, and me making fun of teacher's accents. And then you grew to accept the fact that i was gonna keep on annoying you, you learnt how to live the annoying Chelsea way of life, you gave me a taste of my own medicine.

So we both were living in out own little world filled with jokes only we understood. Thanks for being such a great friend. For making me laugh so hard during Mdm Goh's class, till we'll get scolded.. Or I get scolded. "Lamb Pork" i remembered, that got me laughing so hard. "Duck-duck!" followed and cracked me up too. The times we've shared in Sec 3 - 4 will be etched in my memory and i will remember them forever, (again,)till i get dementia and forget my name and birthday. I watched the tribute Ronan did.
It was SO sweet.
At first the funny part WAS funny.

Then he mentioned Stephen's book was almost done..
Only a few pages left..
I rmb on his twitter he said he was finishing it up too..

And it was so sad,
when Ronan started crying...

E63: Has my fave the crimson and black.
Cheaper..A little.
Cooler colour so looks cooler most def.

Has side volume buttons (very impt!)

After this past week.

I feel bad for him.

Honestly, i htought about it all night..

I am working on the drive.. I do not have the talent, hats why i need to work my butt off, to get the cash, and the skills. Do i have what it takes, i'll try.. Do i really really want it, this is the only question i have a def answer. YES. YES I FUCKING WANT IT. I WANT IT SO BADLY.

What do i want? I want to do all THREE. Make my own music, be an entertainer.
And obviously, who doesn't want some fame and fortune? Honeslty, i tell you now, i'm materialistic, i admit it, i'm after all that. I want to live the life of a highroller.

I want to be influential.
I want to inspire people.
I want to be somebody.
I want to be known.
I want to entertain.
I want to be good at my job.
I want to be able to support my family.
I want to be able to hold my head high.
I want to accomplish something in my life.

Want want want.
I want to be able to make my parents proud, grandparents proud, friends proud; of knowing me as a person.

I want people to be proud that "Hey, that girl there, that one, on TV this morning, with the #1 billboard hit, she's my friend."

I want to be y'know, someone..
Its fucking hard.
I don't even have faith in myself..
But i have to give it a shot right?
I mean, being a drummer, guitarist, pianist, DJ...
All entertainers..

I've been told many times, by my own mother.
That i don't have what it takes..
And i think its my first time saying this here.
Thank god little people read this..

But my own mother says that i don't have the talent..
I can't make it.
I should just be normal, get a normal job..
Be a teacher, a nurse, a whatever.
Just know that i do not have the talent..

Yes, i know that.
But i just want to try..
Record companies sign you to their record, you have to be good.
You have to have an existing fan base..
You have to have the package.
Your music has to sell.
Music industry after all, its a business.
I have to know whats real, reality, from dreams..

Thing is, i know this is all a dream..
I'm dreaming SO big.. its scary sometimes..
Yeah, i'm scared, really scared..

I don't even have the confidence in myself,
How do i convince record companies to have confidence in me?
I can just live my life away in LA (If i even get there)
I mean, i'll get a job, with my student visa..

But how long can i stay there with no talents and whatnot..
I mean, i have to do something and not just say i will.
I need to improve on myself.
Change myself.
Like myself.
Feel comfortable in my own skin.
Earn the cash.
Be independent.

I need to do this.
I want to do this.
I just have to keep up with this kinda talk for a few more years...
When i'm 19, i hope i have enough for school.
When i'm 19, i hope i'm comfortable in my own skin

When i'm 19, i hope to still have great friends there for me..
When i'm 19, i hope i have what it takes to be an entertainer.

Last night..morning's AMA's performance by Adam.
I feel that people shouldn't complain about it affecting their children..
Why? It was at 11pm..
It was the closing of the AMA's
Reasons so, i suppose
1. So that Adam fans would watch the whole thing anxiously waiting for their idol.
2. Its not in the family time anymore, kids should be asleep.
They are often not, but 11pm is rightfully, no more family time..
So they left his sexually charged performance for the last event.

And watching it over and over.
I only find the really bad, so sad to say.
Were not the kissing, or the crotch-grabbing or the vagina belt thing pulling..
It was Adam failing at his signature scream.
You knew that he missed the note..
Well, if you didn't he did.
Missed by a lot, prolly one whole octave!
But the rest were fine, even the nasal parts, you grow to accept.

It was his debut performance, he like creating this kind of thing.
Just like during Ring Of Fire?
I feel Adam actually was successful..

1. He tripped on the stairs and he made it look like a dance move
( i didn't know he fell until i read a lot of articles and stumbled upon a poll..
The poll was who recovered from their fall better, J.Lo or Adam)
Obviously Adam, I'm not biased, I've watched both falls.

2. He's got the whol damn world talking!
Ask Kris Allen to perform the same stunt, you think he'll get people talking?
I doubt it cause only Kris Allen fans would tune in to begin with..
Or that Kris prolly wouldn't have the balls to do it..

I feel Adam has A LOT of guts to have done that.
The kiss, i mean adrenaline, gets weird things happening.
That include a french kiss with his straight keyboardist..

Also, we all know, people have expectations for Adam.
Really high expectations.
And Adam, being Adam, doesn't just meet expectations..

Kris, meets expectations, being the down to earth, humble Kris.
Adam like to blow us away by meeting the expectations so far beyond our imagination..

He blew us away.
If he did what he did on the 50 city American Idol summer tour, would he have "met expectations"?
No right? Cause We know he is capable of that.
But he 50 city tour was already, pretty sexually charged..
As much as it could get on the family tour with lil kids,
He already gyrated his mic stand.
So imagine him having a slot at 11pm?

Thinking about it, if Adam did the normal, sexy but mainstream performance.
People wouldn't have been satisfied..
I was pretty satisfied with what ever he did, the dancing, rolling, kissing, crotch grabbing, leashed dancers..
The only thing i still can't get over is the signature scream fail..
I mean, he did a good job, but Adam,
we know, on your tour in 2010, there;s gonna be more talk...

And also, his performance had to be sexier for AMA's
Cause the music video, is that sexy as well.
And he has to keep the image of the song up,
That its sexy and about "getting laid"

Another thing, after the AMA's he hadto rush to LAx,
Catch a plan to New York.
Once arriving in New York,
Rush to the set of David Letterman's (The Late Night Show With David Letterman- Great show!!)
Then do soundcheck and record the episode i suppose
But the whole band and Adam didnt sleep, on the plane ride.
And imagine if you were performing your debut performance tmr.
I would so nervous i crap my pants and cant sleep.
Even if Adam was able to.

Just imagine prolly a whole day without any sleep.
And having to throw away your two cans of red bull at the airport (I have pictures!)
Yeah, one pic was really cool cause the red bull was in mid-air, cause he really thew it into the bin.
A gentle throw you can tell, use his strength the camera might have broke..
Then in his other hand, the other can of red bull..

You could see from his face how tired he was when he was on set, or just walking through the doors.
With his messy messy hair, random black jacket, and a hot drink in his hand..
Its freezing over in NY now..

Imagine his schedule before the AMA performance.
i think it was hectic, which might explain the pitchy performance..
Plus his album comes out today (in America)
Singapore time is ahead.
So Ferras got it and is really excited..

We now know the behind-the-scenes dialogue between the magazine and your management team. The thing I’m curious about is, from your perspective, how does it feel to have your image managed by someone other than you?
What people don’t realize is, I am managing my image, more than maybe the editor of OUT magazine likes to give anybody credit for. My team is a team. And I really feel fortunate that 19 Management and Simon Fuller said to me, from the get-go, “We want to do what you want to do. You need to tell us how you want to do things, what interests you have,” and they’ve been incredibly supportive of me. I really mean it. I’m not being puppeted around. I didn’t want to jump onto a gay magazine as my first thing, because I feel like that’s putting myself in a box and limiting myself. (HAHA! GAY MAGAZINE EDITOR!)It was my desire to stay away from talking about certain political and civil rights issues because I’m not a politician. I’m an entertainer. That is not my area of expertise. I can talk about relationships and personal experiences because as an artist those things involve writing lyrics and that part of my process. But I didn’t feel comfortable talking about the March on Washington. I didn’t feel comfortable, so I asked my publicist to ask the interviewer to stay away from the political questions. I take full responsibility for that. I think that the editor has his agenda and has his opinions, which I respect, but they’re not necessarily my opinions. Perhaps we should have had you and Cyndi in a tongue lock. That would be radical. It’s odd, because this magazine has done covers with Pete Wentz and Lady Gaga — getting straight men and women to do Out is easy these days. It gives them cred. Getting gay stars like yourself is another matter. Much easier to stick you in Details, where your homosexuality can be neutralized by having you awkwardly grabbing a woman’s breast and saying, “Women are pretty.” So are kittens, Adam, but it doesn’t mean you have to make out with them. ( You're being so judgmental by saying this. srsly, do you see what you're typing??)Imagine how much more radical it would have been to go down on a guy instead of that six-foot Barbie. Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood might want to watch their backs. Adam Lambert, the Season 8 “American Idol” runner-up, is poised to become one of the reality show’s biggest break-out stars. The glamtastic rocker released “Time for Miracles,” the closing credits song for this Friday’s disaster porn epic [Wtf is disaster PORN epic..do they mean TORN?]“2012.” And his first solo album, “For Your Entertainment,” drops Nov. 23, one day after he’s scheduled to perform at the American Music Awards. Lambert talked to Speakeasy about his music, his fans and why he’s so appealing to women. (have to share uh?)

She actually contributed a song — “Fever” — to your new album.

Yeah, I really wanted to work with her; she’s just one of my favorites right now. She had an old demo — I think she said she got signed with that demo to her first label deal — and then she never produced it and got it done. I think that it’s a really catchy melody; the lyrics are really fun and silly. Overall, I really enjoyed the process of recording with her. She was on the other side of that glass, just egging me on. She was constantly like, ‘Go crazier! Go higher! Go louder!” (HAHAHA!!!!)

If and when you make a music video for “Fever,” would she cameo?

I’d love it. Of course I’d ask her. We’ll see if she’d actually want to do it. She has a lot on her plate right now.

You seem so at ease with fame. What do you attribute that to?

I think it helps that that I’ve lived in L.A. for the last eight years and I’m a little older. I’m 27, seen a lot of s—, met a lot of people. I’ve certainly been on the sidelines of paparazzi barrages, like, I’ve been out at a club with various reality show acquaintances and they get that kind of attention. So I’ve been near it, which helps me not to be thrown off by it. My M.O. is just do what you do and don’t feel like you have to make apologies for it. I’m sure there will come a point when I have to apologize for something, but not yet.

A lot of big stars go out of their way to hide the fact that they’re gay, but you’re happily out and women still throw thongs at you — what do you think you’re doing differently?

I think it’s a testament to just owning yourself, owning your stuff, and just being comfortable in your skin. It took me some time to get to that point and the timing of “Idol” was appropriate because [that's] when I realized, you know what? I love myself and I am a good person.

What do you think your appeal to women is?

I’m not sure — to be honest, that’s one of the more surprising elements (I can explain it. Gimme a tweet/email/msg, i'll explain. TEEHEE) about this whole thing. I’m like, really? I honestly don’t know — maybe it’s because, whatever the sexuality thing, I’m a friendly person, and maybe there’s a safety thing involved, in that I’m not threatening.

How much say did you have in creating your album cover?

That was pretty much my call. When we got to the point of doing the photo shoot, I just wanted to go super androgynous glam, kind of campy and outlandish. I love imagery like that — that’s why I love the Lady Gaga video. It’s just funny, because the second a guy starts doing things out of the box, people get all freaked out. But women do it all the time, so it’s an interesting double standard.

Bowie seems to have been an obvious inspiration.

Yup, Bowie, Jagger, Boy George, Prince, and Michael Jackson — all those guys who would put make up on and look glamorous. Some of the Michael Jackson covers are amazing, like “Dangerous,” where it’s just his eyes and the entire thing is just super frosted and touched up and perfect. And pictures of Bowie back in the day, like the “Hunky Dory” cover where he’s just pretty and in soft focus. I love that look and think it’s cool that not a lot of guy are doing it, so that’s how I’m going to style myself. It’s part of my persona and has been consistently. That’s why I find it so funny that people were surprised by the cover. I mean, didn’t you see me onstage with KISS and the glitter boots and the rhinestones around my eyes [on "Idol"]?- ( I remember....)

Still, do you ever feel trapped in any way by the glam image?

No, I don’t feel trapped. I’m the one who put on those clothes; it’s my own making. ( I cannot help, but laugh at this. Of course you do lah! Then Ferras help you meh? Or Drake? Or Brad? Or Gaga Loo?) I feel like when I want to, I can change it up like I did on the show. I try not to get trapped in any one musical or visual style at all. I mean, that’s part of what I was really trying to do on “Idol” — change it up week to week, like variety tray. A veggie platter, if you will.

Were you upset when tracks of your album were leaked online earlier this month?

To be honest, yeah. I would have rather it not been, but that’s how you sell a CD on the internet. It’s hard, because people jump to conclusions based on 30 seconds, and I don’t know how fair that is. It is what it is.

Which song pushed you the furthest vocally?

“Sure Fire Winners” is pretty vocally acrobatic. It’s crazy — but they all kind of go crazy. Artistically, I think the Linda Perry song was a departure for me because it was a little out of my obvious comfort zone — vocally, it sits in this falsetto space, and lyrically, if you really listen to it, it’s complicated. The lyrics contradict themselves, which was done on purpose — Linda and I really talked about it.

There are two different interpretations: one is that it’s about two members of a relationship, and what’s going on in their heads when they’re with each other. One partner is loving every moment and in bliss, while the other person is feeling empty and not satistfied. The other way to look at it is that it’s about one person, going back and forth about a relationship in their head. Like one day, we feel like we love this person to death, the next, what the hell. It’s emotionally complicated, which makes it special.

Speaking of “Sure Fire Winners,” it sounds like an homage to “We are the Champions.” Is it?

It wasn’t intentional, and I didn’t write that song. But yeah, that’s totally the vibe. I don’t know if the writers did that on purpose or not. But it is like a “we rock” kind of anthem.

How closely do you follow the forums on your site and read what people tweet at you?

I breeze through Twitter — I look at the mentions, the pictures, the videos. But I try not to get too wrapped up in message boards because it’s crazy. When the fans are supportive, that’s super positive. On the flip side, when message boards are filled with negativity, I find it sad that people have nothing better to do than hate on others online. AND my phone!!
